The combination of brands varies store by store. And to give you even more choice, in some stores we also have Ben Sherman, Playboy and Quiksilver ranges.
In the 1990s, our then parent company Sears spotted a gap in the market. With the development of large shopping malls being restricted, out-of-town retail parks were the new alternative. And they gave Sears an ideal opportunity to sell all their fashion brands in one place.
The first Outfit store was opened in Nottingham in 1995. This was so successful that more soon followed, and Outfit became the leading multi-brand, out-of-town fashion store.
In 1999 we became part of the Arcadia Group and have since gone from strength to strength. And now that retail parks are more popular than ever, Outfit is set to keep on growing.
