A proud finish to a perfect partnership as Outfit raises £380,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support
Outfit is kicking off the year with a great gift for Macmillan Cancer Support as our charity partnership comes to a close this January. To wrap up the partnership, dedicated Outfit staff and generous customers have cashed up an impressive £380,000 to help Macmillan reach everyone living with cancer.
Since the partnership began in 2008, all 41 stores have been hard at work raising the money. From in-store fundraising events to sales of Macmillan merchandise, we have been engaged in all things fun to make the pennies add up. There are over two million people living with cancer in the UK and every penny will help us to improve lives.
Commenting on the partnership Emily Leggett, Partnership Account Manager at Macmillan said: "We are absolutely delighted and very grateful for Outfit's support. We really appreciate the hard work, enthusiasm and dedication of their staff and customers - it will make a huge difference to the lives of people affected by cancer."
