Our charity of the year for 2010 is Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. Aiming to deliver emotional and practical support to families when their child has a life threatening or terminal illness Rainbow’s work is vitally important and Outfit are proud to lend a hand to raise as much money as possible.
With that in mind these fantastically retro key rings will be hitting stores from April 6 and although everyone has their favourite (be it mouthy zippy, bumbling Bungle or shy George) you can collect all four and raise a smile for a very worthy cause.
Outfit staff are getting involved in a range of fundraising events from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to walking over hot coals.
Heather Wood, Chief Executive of Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, said:
'Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity is delighted to have been chosen by Outfit as their charity partner. This partnership will provide us with the opportunity to raise valuable funds to maintain our core services for families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. Our support is from diagnosis throughout treatment, to bereavement or recovery and beyond. There are eight teams of Family Support Workers operating from bases across the country who can provide 24 hour immediate help and assistance to families in their own homes or, whenever that support is most needed'
